• - Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
• - Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution.
• - Have never been a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
• - Have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
• - Have never renounced his or her US citizenship.
• - Have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• - Are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening a business, person, partner, or child.

• - Are aware that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead and hold Division USA LLC harmless and assume full responsibility for any such exposure.
• - You will be asked to agree to the store policy/ terms and conditions/ shipping/ statements and submit any additional information or government issued identification (for certain states which require this) BEFORE the order will be Shipped.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.  Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your State and local laws for any other regulations. All remanufactured ammunition is to exacting SAAMI specifications. Any remanufactured ammunition is processed with great care to remove defective cases. There may be imperfections such as small dents or scratches. These imperfections pass quality control and do not affect the performance of the ammunition. Division USA LLC is not responsible or liable for any Third-Party transactions. All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground with adult signature required. Division USA LLC does not ship outside the continental United States and cannot ship a post office box. All Ammunition sales are Final.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS Ground with Adult Signature Required. Ammunition CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS Ground. Due to various restrictions across several states, we cannot ship ammunition to Alaska, California, Hawaii, City of Chicago or Cook County Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington DC. Check your State and local laws for any other regulations.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at OFFICE@DIVISIONUSA.US within 15 business days of purchase. For safety regulations, there are no returns of ammunition. 

Sales on the following items are final:

1. Ammunition.
2. Special orders.
3. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
4. NFA items.
5. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will refund the money.
