Order Fulfillment

Once orders are processed, orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse inventory, same day or next business day using UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL.  Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Instructions for Connecticut Ammunition Sales:

• - To purchase ammunition, we need a copy of one of the following Permits:
• - Permit to carry Pistols or Revolver OR:
• - Valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver & current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth 
• - Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate & current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth
• - Valid Ammunition Certificate & current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth and one
• - These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
• - Identification can only be sent via email IN COLOR. Email to office@divisionusa.us 
• - Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
• - Orders will remain pending until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by Division USA LLC.
• - Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state law.

Instructions for Illinois Ammunition Sales:

No Ammunition Sales To: City of Chicago or Cook County.

• - FOID cards AND state photo ID can only be sent via email IN COLOR. Email to office@divisionusa.us 
• - These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
• - The shipping address must match the address on at least one of the ID's.
• - If DL or ID is expired, we also require a copy of the 4 year extension on the back of the ID.
• - Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
• - FFL Dealers must provide a copy of their FFL, NO C&R's accepted. 
• - Orders will remain pending until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by Division USA LLC.
• - Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state law.

Instructions for New Jersey Ammunition Sales:

• - NJ Firearms ID (Front side ONLY) AND NJ state ID can only be sent via email IN COLOR. Email to office@divisionusa.us 
• - These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
• - Orders will remain pending until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by Division USA LLC.
• - Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
• - Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state law.

NOTE: If you live in one of these states, please check your Local Laws and Regulations. For all orders shipping to locations with restrictions, it is the customer's responsibility to provide all required documents in a timely manner. Orders will remain pending until ALL requirements are met for the order to be released and shipped. If you live in the following States, your order will automatically be cancelled: ALASKA, CALIFORNIA, CHICAGO/COOK COUNTY, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, HAWAII, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW YORK. We cannot ship to a P.O. BOX or APO/FPO. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state law.

Returns

ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Division USA LLC will provide a replacement, pending availability or full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. Division USA LLC will not claim any responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately email office@divisionusa.us to resolve the issue.
